Everyone we have had dealings with from the lovely receptionist to the top have been very friendly, understanding and helpful we have used them for divorce, wills power of attorney and buying and selling and would highly recommend them.
Devon McNamara was allocated to assist me with my divorce proceedings, and I found both her and her legal secretary, Mandy Sagers, to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Devon explained technical legal terms with great clarity and handled the often aggressive correspondence from my wife’s solicitor with exemplary professionalism. Her tone was calm, factual, and focused on mediation, which helped defuse potential escalation and kept matters constructive. Overall, Devon’s work was outstanding. My only minor concern was that her part-time working hours occasionally led to delays in responses.

As much as there can be a 'positive experience' when dealing with a divorce, Leonard Gray and in particular Sarah made the process as painless as it could be. The term you get what you pay for is none more so relevant then when dealing with Leonard Gray - the process was kept factual, my situation felt understood and ultimately I got an end result that was as best as it could be. Would definitely recommend

My daughter and I made an appointment to set up a new Will. We were met by helpful staff and were introduced to the appropriate solicitor. She reviewed my situation and made helpful suggestions which I agreed to. A draft Will was emailed to me within the week. We returned to the solicitor at a mutually convenient time to sign the Will. I was sent a copy and the original Will is now in their safe.

Sigourney was professional, efficient and clear in her advice. I was applying for deputyship for my mother who had gone into a care home. Sadly she died before the forms were submitted. Sigourney and the firm responded rapidly and sympathetically, limiting the fees to what I had already paid. I was touched by the sympathetic way she and the firm dealt with this at a difficult time for me.
