I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Nnenna regarding the professional and courteous way she conducted herself throughout the conveyancing process. My wife and I have sold 6 properties previously and there have always been issues that have frustrated their timely completion. It is also became increasingly evident with this sale that the buyers solicitors were evasive, non communicative and very difficult to deal with. It is to Nnenna’s credit that she did not allow these hurdles to slow down the process and we completed in just over 10 weeks – a record for us. I was also taken by the excellent feedback and information we received at every step of the process. Sigourney was professional, efficient and clear in her advice. I was applying for deputyship for my mother who had gone into a care home. Sadly she died before the forms were submitted. Sigourney and the firm responded rapidly and sympathetically, limiting the fees to what I had already paid. I was touched by the sympathetic way she and the firm dealt with this at a difficult time for me.
