See below , the whole process has been unbelievably long winded and still not finished. Have had to chase and chase, although always seem to get the bill on time with a very brief email attaching another bill.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and professionalism provided throughout the handling of my late father’s estate. From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. I would not hesitate to recommend Leonard Gray to anyone requiring probate or estate administration services. Sigourney was professional, efficient and clear in her advice. I was applying for deputyship for my mother who had gone into a care home. Sadly she died before the forms were submitted. Sigourney and the firm responded rapidly and sympathetically, limiting the fees to what I had already paid. I was touched by the sympathetic way she and the firm dealt with this at a difficult time for me.

My husband and I needed to make completely new Wills,due to a change in our circumstances. After reading lots of reveiws about solicitors local to Chelmsford,I chose Leonard Gray. The Receptionist was very helpful and explained that the solicitor we needed to see was Sigourney Rutkowski and an appointment was made. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly,but professional. Sigourney herself turned out to be and absolutely delightful young woman,friendly and personable. She explained the whole process to us very clearly and advised us as to the best course of action when we explained our various needs and wishes. Only a week later we received the new Wills through the post and at our next appointment these were reviewed and signed by us in front of the witness supplied by the solicitors. Sigourney made the whole process very easy for us,nothing was too much trouble and the service was quite exceptional. We would recommend Leonard Gray LLP Solicitors and particularly SIgourney,without a moment's hesitation. Should the need arise in the future,we would not hesitate to return.
my wife and I reviewed and altered our wills to be up to date with our family life style. we also applied for powers of attorney for financial and medical help if needed in the future.. Leonard Grey were extreemly helpfull and advised us through out the process and I would recomend them for any legal services.
Following the passing of my brother I have recently had cause to use the Probate, Estate Agent and Conveyancing departments of Leonard Gray. As above in the title. Nnenna already had our best interests at the top of her mind. She was thorough and did her job well. What I learned: Don't expect daily reports while she is dealing with your work and she will be focusing on it. You can always book a telephone consultation but Jo is able to meanwhile let you know the latest information. Efficiency: 100% Nnenna and Jo will be dealing with your work and will contact you when there is something to ask or tell you.
