My daughter and I made an appointment to set up a new Will. We were met by helpful staff and were introduced to the appropriate solicitor. She reviewed my situation and made helpful suggestions which I agreed to. A draft Will was emailed to me within the week. We returned to the solicitor at a mutually convenient time to sign the Will. I was sent a copy and the original Will is now in their safe.

Sigourney was professional, efficient and clear in her advice. I was applying for deputyship for my mother who had gone into a care home. Sadly she died before the forms were submitted. Sigourney and the firm responded rapidly and sympathetically, limiting the fees to what I had already paid. I was touched by the sympathetic way she and the firm dealt with this at a difficult time for me.

My husband and I needed to make completely new Wills,due to a change in our circumstances. After reading lots of reveiws about solicitors local to Chelmsford,I chose Leonard Gray. The Receptionist was very helpful and explained that the solicitor we needed to see was Sigourney Rutkowski and an appointment was made. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly,but professional. Sigourney herself turned out to be and absolutely delightful young woman,friendly and personable. She explained the whole process to us very clearly and advised us as to the best course of action when we explained our various needs and wishes. Only a week later we received the new Wills through the post and at our next appointment these were reviewed and signed by us in front of the witness supplied by the solicitors. Sigourney made the whole process very easy for us,nothing was too much trouble and the service was quite exceptional. my wife and I reviewed and altered our wills to be up to date with our family life style. we also applied for powers of attorney for financial and medical help if needed in the future..
