We've used BTMK for 13 years always dealt with by Charlotte Fedarb I can honestly say this lady is absolutely wonderful, so professional, caring, down to earth and unbelievably understanding. He treats you likema human being and doesn't confuse or loose you with legal jargon she speaks to you with respect but in a human way to relax you and fully prepares you for whatever process you are undertaking ! Simran was recommended by a friend of mine ours. The best recommendation I could've hoped for. Kept us fully informed at every stage, she basically did the work of the other parties solicitors. Returned all calls within minutes. Extremely professional. A fantastic young solicitors and to top it off, a really nice person I wouldn't have the slightest issue in recommending this company.

Simran was recommended by a friend, best recommendation i could have hoped for, always returned call within minutes, explained everything we needed to know into simple English, unlike a few other solicitors I spoke to previously. Calls were made at the time specified. Many times it seemed that she was doing the work for all the other parties in the chain. But more importantly for me was, she was an all around really nice person. If she had have dealt for all parties the process would have been completed in half the time Couldn't have been more pleased Would recommend her and the company to anyone

I called them a week ago & they said they could do what I needed, & asked me to email for an appointment. Despite further phone calls & emails, no-one has bothered to get back to me. I told them I needed this done before the weekend & they’ve now caused me a lot of grief, & I still need to find a solicitor to do what I need.

Worst solicitors. Totally incompetent. They won’t even deal with an official complaint! Don’t waste your time and money with them.

i have used many solicitors in the past, and none have compared to Marcus Baum. I have had great communication throughout from Bradley Holt in particular, and would highly recommend anyone to use this firm.
