    Marcus Baum have been the worst solicitors firm I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. Their communication is simply appalling. They have dragged their heels at every stage of the process causing the sale of our property to take nearly 4 months. My advice is do not use this firm if you want a quick or stress free sale.

    Marcus Baum are excellent. The whole stressful process of selling and buying in the middle of a long chain was removed by the friendly, professional staff. I cannot fault them in any way.       Very happy with Kevin Bourley's team

      Kevin Bourley's team helped with the purchase of our home and we were very happy with the service. Buying a property can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process much more manageable. The team were professional throughout and communication was clear and responsive, which really helped put our minds at ease. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but these were handled well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

      Really appreciate their quick and simple response. Had been back and forth with a previous firm for over 3 months, I contacted BTMK and got a phone call the same day and my questions answered.       I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!
