I required the creation of three new leases and a re-mortgage at the same time for a newly converted property. All was completed within a short time and without any issues. Also, it is worth noting that they were very cost effective in comparison to other solicitors that quoted for the work.

I cannot recommend Simran Rakkar highly enough. Simran acted as my solicitor during the purchase of my first home, and throughout the transaction she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. The purchase itself became quite stressful at times due to pressure and conflicting information from the vendor, but Simran consistently provided clear, honest advice and guided me through every stage of the process with confidence. Looking back, I now appreciate just how hard she was working behind the scenes on our behalf.
