I give average rating because it was completed in a timely manner. However on a personal level I thought the service was poor. Dealing with a separation whilst selling a property must be something they have dealt with before. However I was left out of emails, having to have them forwarded on to me, numerous emails from me ignored. Even when I asked to be included in future, I was again left out. It did not feel personable, I was made to feel a nuisance. Asking us as the clients to chase up management companies because they’re not replying to the firm? That’s not our role. I have received two final settlement figures, so I’m still unsure if a mistake was made even though it benefitted me personally it caused unnecessary tension between the two parties involved. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.
