Nearly ruined my life
This firm is lucky we don't take negligence legal action against them for a refund of fees, as I'm sure the Legal Ombudsman would have a good look into it for us. I don't really know where to start with this company, mainly Peter Knibbs & Natalie Ball. I was reccomended to BPE by a close friend, I reached out to Peter Knibbs and he offloaded the work to Natalie Ball (a trainee) - A CCJ got put on my record by default by not receving paperwork from an address I no longer lived at. I'm so shocked with how they handled the situation, very very poor, the CLAIMANT actually had to correct the BPE's error otherwise the CCJ would have not come off my record! They drafted a tomlin order 2 times, which was incorrect both times, Peter Knibbs was sending emails with what we owe him with NO invoice, if their was a invoice, it was a credit note... not a invoice of what we owe?? I'm 24, first time getting into issues like this, my mum being a well trained ex solictor, helping me along the way could not belive how Peter Knibbs and Natalie Ball handled this situation, you're messing with peoples lives. To make things WORSE... Natalie who we was originally dealing with... WENT SILENT!! no emails, no calls, nothing, literally as soon as she messed up, she ignored us. My claimant was sending Natalie emails which we TOLD HER NOT TO READ, yet she replied to us "I had to have a quick look" then had the cheek to charge me for it?! Within the court order it was for the CCJ to be "SET ASIDE" not to be removed, when the first email we sent was to remove the CCJ from the record, which has now been done thanks to the claimant... BPE messed up more than a handfull of times at my expense. If you're looking to use a solictor, please.. please do not use these money grabbers, Peter literally does not care about you, only the money he makes, we could tell this by trying to add a few hundred pounds onto the invoice each time, which we rejected. If BPE or Peter Knibbs reply to this review with some smoke and mirrors, I'll post another review with evidence of their pure mess up. What a total shambles of a company, literally messing with lives due to your mess.
