Have now had the benefit of Laura's support on a number of transactions and she consistently goes above and beyond to take the burden of the process away from you and to make up for the slack of other parties involved in the process. Almost as sure as any potential problem arises, Laura has either come up with a solution or has the alternatives available to provide you with a sensible option not losing sight of the objective to get the deal done effectively. All the time keeping you adequately appraised of progress. Could not recommend highly enough.

We were selling the family home inherited from our parents, who had bought it in the 1950s. Numerous issues arose, including a long-standing uncompleted party-wall award. At all times, Samantha Houlden from HCR was on top of the detail and took a shrewd, practical approach, responding quickly. Neither a late switch in purchasers nor the fact that the property was a considerable distance away held back the eventual smooth completion of the sale. Prompt, professional advice removed the anxiety that can easily surround such a major transaction.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Tom from HCR legal. Tom has helped me with the remortgage of my property and it has been a smooth process from start to finish. Tom is the first ever Solicitor that has actually fulfilled their promise/ timescale and has met deadlines which is shocking as everyone knows how long Solicitors take. Tom has provided excellent customer service, he has a very positive attitude and has always provided me with clarity when I have raised something. Thank you for also providing such quick responses and for updating me regularly on the situation. I will be definitely using this firm again, thank you again Tom.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I've used HCR Law Worcester for conveyancing, selling my deceased mother's house and probate services as joint executor and beneficiary with my sister of my mother's estate. While not cheap, I'd say good value for money and I would most definitely use them again, and again, and again. They have had to deal with the very tricky circumstances of two executors who really don't see eye to eye, a property with some issues, and a purchaser's solicitor who was belligerent, rude, uncooperative and uncommunicative. Starting with the conveyancing side, Lisa Harper, has been superb. She grasped the issues very quickly and has been responsive to emails and calls, replying within the day allowing for the fact I wasn't her only client! Approachable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and would go the extra mile for me. As circumstances got more tricky, Lisa became more tenacious while remaining calm and professional. At one point matters became very delicate and the completion of the sale looked as if it my not happen, she knew when to push and when to ease back and worked closely in conjunction with our chosen estate agent. Lisa, with our estate agent got the sale over the line. A superb piece of work. On the probate side, Shirley Rabbetts was equally brilliant, especially dealing with two executor/beneficiaries who seriously did not see eye to eye over a two year period! Shirley steered expertly through this minefield giving good but impartial advice to both executors, pointing out legal facts when necessary as well as using a wealth of experience to help us through. Shirley is approachable, professional, and steadfast when she needs to be. Communication and responsiveness have been excellent and administering the estate thorough and transparent. Her wealth of experience shows! A superb piece of work. In conclusion, I thoroughly recommend HCR Law Worcester and in particular Lisa Harper for Conveyancing and Shirley Rabbetts for Probate. I would certainly go back to them and can't thank them both enough for their support in difficult circumstance. They have gone the extra mile to help where they could.

I cannot speak highly enough of the way that my matter was handled by Gina Khera and the support and understanding she gave to us as clients. We instructed Gina on an estate which was extremely difficult to administer and came to a stalemate between the parties. Gina successfully negotiated this matter to a swift resolution. I also appreciated the post-meeting assurance that should any future obstructionism be experienced by our co-executor, we could return to Gina at any time for further guidance and assistance.

I recently worked with Arran Bhatti on the purchase of my first home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. What started as a straightforward mortgage quickly turned into a more complicated process involving a bridging loan, which made things significantly more challenging and time-consuming. Throughout it all, Arran’s expertise and professionalism were invaluable. From the very beginning, he made me feel at ease, explaining each step of the process clearly and guiding me through the complexities with confidence. His thorough understanding of the situation and commitment to finding solutions were greatly appreciated - even with the difficult company that we had. Despite the unexpected hurdles, Arran ensured the process was handled efficiently and effectively, resulting in a successful outcome. I’m extremely pleased with the support I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor. I had previously used him for a commercial property and will 100% be using him and HCR firm again in the future!
