Great professional service, good communication throughout the process.

From first contact to resolution Tayntons were really easy to deal with. Tom was really friendly and organised my appointment. Kathryn was very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly making sure I understood the paperwork. Everything was dealt with efficiently and the matter was resolved quickly. All in all it was a very positive experience from initial contact to resolution. I would definitely recommend.

Professional, efficient and responsive. Having been impressed with Tayntons’ handling of an elderly relative’s legal issues we thought we’d go with them for our house move. So glad we did. When the chain ran into problems, Tayntons worked quickly to establish facts and advise us on what to do. Communication was mainly via email and messages were clear and responses quick. We were so grateful for the work of all the team members with whom we dealt. They helped tremendously during a very stressful time. Highly recommended.

We've used Tayntons for two property purchases now. Would highly recommend. Caroline helped us for our latest purchase and was very efficient and proactive, and absolutely amazing at handling real estate 'stakeholders'. Definitely someone you want on your team.

I sold my flat using Taynton's. It should have been a straightforward sale, but due to my landlord's (useless) solicitor the whole thing became a long-running ordeal. Throughout that, Nicola and Kate were really determined in chasing up delayed paperwork and I found that they were responsive whenever I got in touch for updates - which was daily by the end! I really appreciated them fighting my corner and found them detailed orientated and professional.

Dreadful experience currently. We asked Tayntons to draw up a transfer deed to enable us to buy a strip of land from our Neighbor so we can have our own drive. . Almost 8 years later & this has still not happened despite having planning permission. Unbelievable. Poor communication and withholding our money for the land. I have complained and 4 solicitors later within the same firm ….. still no progress but they have taken fees. Hoping the Ombudsman & Law Society will help as we are all SO fed up. This should have taken a few months. Could not possibly recommend.
