I was cycling through a junction when a driver failed to give way while turning across the cycle lane. I braked hard but still collided with the side of the vehicle before falling onto the road. My elbow, shoulder and hip were injured and my bicycle needed extensive repairs. Cycling was my main way of getting to work so it caused loads of disruption. Someone came to my house, completed the paperwork and managed the claim professionally.
I cannot thank Natalie Corten enough for the outstanding support, dedication, and professionalism she showed throughout one of the most stressful and emotional periods of our lives. From the very beginning, she guided us with compassion, honesty, and exceptional legal knowledge, always making sure we understood every step of the process. Natalie fought tirelessly for our family and for the rights and safety of our children, and thanks to her hard work and determination, we achieved the outcome we had hoped and fought for. Her commitment never wavered, even during the most challenging moments and complex court proceedings. What truly sets Natalie apart is that she goes far beyond what you would normally expect from a solicitor. She was there for us emotionally as well as legally, offering reassurance, support, and practical guidance whenever urgent issues arose, no matter the time of day. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our family and the wellbeing of our children. Her patience, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure gave us confidence during an incredibly difficult time. She consistently acted with integrity and professionalism whilst also showing empathy and understanding throughout the entire process.
