Equity Transfer
Due to a problem with my mother's property (three-year antisocial neighbour) we had no choice than to move my mother from her home into another property owned within the family. We therefore needed to transfer the part ownership of my mother's property to facilitate this. Haqib and his team were excellent throughout the whole process giving us so much help advice & guidance and completed in a very short time frame, given landlords consent was also applicable. We are now delighted that it is all sorted and my mother is finally receiving some peace and quiet in her old age.

Approached them with a query at first, which went okay, they said they could deal with my matter , after that they said they was going to send me a quote and I received nothing, so after chasing them up I received said quote, they said if I was happy with the the quote then email back saying I am happy and they would send me the next steps, so I send an email back saying I am happy with the quote and will wait for them to inform me of the next steps. 2 weeks pass and nothing again so I ring them up again and they said they will get the conveyancer to contact me when he is off of his current call. 20 mins later they called me and the conveyancer said he can no longer deal with my matter due to his “work load” so that is 3-4 weeks of my life wasted and now I am back to square one. Would not recommend.

I cannot recommend Beth enough. She helped me through the sale of a house with my ex, an incredibly stressful situation and she was amazing from start to finish. We couldn't have had a better experience working with Haneef from Neves Solicitors (Harpenden). As first time buyers, he ensured the entire process was clear right from the outset - not only being super responsive and actioning everything immediately - but always taking the time to keep us updated and answer any questions.
