Kingsfords was founded in the mid 1880s by Julius Kingsford and the firm’s development since that time was initially linked to the growth of Ashford and East Kent, but now our clients are based nationally across England and Wales and beyond. Kingsfords has developed both in response to and in anticipation of the needs of our clients and today, with over 50 staff, we are able to provide a wide range of services to both private and commercial clients. We have achieved Lexcel accreditation (a symbol of excellence within the legal profession). In a recent survey, over 99% of clients responding said that they would use our services again.

Rude and incompetent with a non existent complaints procedure ! Thoroughly unpleasant experience dealing with kellie darke. From the very start Kellie was rude and sarcastic. She aggressively takes control of every conversation and speaks over you.she is sarcastic once even saying “ I would be getting on with your sale but you’ve just called and now I have to talk to you !” She requested documents preciously sent over in several occasions demonstrating that she wasn’t abreast of the sale atall and even wasted several weeks at the beginning by contacting the wrong solicitors on the other side. After 7 months of inactivity I complained to Daniel Crook by email but received no reply . I called his office twice to be told he was unavailable and he never returned my call . Cowardly and very poor. Flat was finally sold one year later !! To be avoided
Very happy, included some complexities which were all handled swiftly. Will deinitely be in touch with Kelly for future guidance, sales or purchases of land or property.

Staff are courteous and professional. Very understanding, even when I pulled out of a purchase very late on in the process and switched to buying another property. Would have had 5 stars but for the fact that they were not quite so proactive as I would have liked, but eventually all went well.
