My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Using a regulated firm of solicitors was our desired choice and following discussions at the offices of our local firm that had acted for us in property transaction previously we decided on Judge & Priestley.
