I have been very pleased with the advice and support I received from Kamilla when preparing my will\. She was very thorough, professional and also very understanding of the difficult circumstances I was dealing with following my husband’s death. She explained everything clearly and gave me time to think about things before making decisions. There was never any pressure, and I always felt that she genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done properly. Her advice also brought up some other legal matters that I now need help with, and I am very grateful that she is continuing to assist me. I worked with Judge and Priestley on the sale of my late father’s house and was highly impressed by the professional and timely service I received. The process was made very straightforward for me – the team kept me fully informed and provided good guidance throughout. Highly recommended, and I would have no concerns about using them again.

I had to consult Judge and Priestley at a very difficult time. My wife was ill and apart from physical difficulties, was becoming more confused. I needed to sort out and register our Enduring Power of Attorney, revise our Wills and set up Lasting Power of Attorney for myself. My case was initially handled by Nimalee Bastian-Carter and later Edward Lewis dealt with the Enduring Power of Attorney. At my initial meeting with Ms Bastian-Carter I felt considerably relieved. She dealt with me in a very professional and friendly way, and enabled me to think more clearly about what I needed to do. The preparation of my Will and Lasting Power of Attorney went smoothly. Later, Edward Lewis dealt with the registration of Enduring Power of Attorney. I was glad I had sought professional help: it was more complicated than I imagined. I was very pleased with the professionalism of both Ms Bastian-Carter and Mr Lewis and the quality of the advice they gave me.
