My property had been under offer twice before with buyers pulling out at the last minute. The solicitors i had previously used just didn't deal with enquiries quickly enough and when they did they didn't seem to have the legal experience to resolve issues. With my third buyer i changed to Kavitha and her team at Judge & Priestly who were world's apart in term of professionalism, efficiency and their legal expertise. Issues came up which i was not even aware of as Kavitha dealt with them quickly without bothering me. I can not thank Kavitha and her team enough for making the whole process stress free and seamless, always going the extra mile to get things through. No other solicitors compare.

Kavitha and the team were efficient, professional and very helpful during the whole process of our house sale. There were a few bumps along the way, from the other side, but the follow through from all at Judge Priestley was exemplary. The purchase of our new property was a very difficult and long drawn out process but with Kavitha Rajah and her amazing team behind us we finally managed to get there. I cannot recommend Kavitha highly enough. We contacted her to do our conveyancing because we had the pleasure of her professionalism in the past when she had her own office in 2013 and we knew that the process would be handled extremely professionally. Kavitha is backed up by an amazing team of people who are not only also very professional but also extremely helpful and always pleasant. I cannot recommend Kavitha highly enough and from personal experience I can honestly say that you will not find a better person to handle your conveyancing.

As at September 2024 Judge and Priestley Solicitors have competently completed the sales of two out of four properties with the third sale due to reach exchange of contracts imminently. They are also handling our purchase of a property. Our experience of the handling of these sales and purchase by J & P ( Judge & Priestley ), has been nothing short of professional excellence. Our contact persons are Louise Hyland acting as our Head Conveyancer plus her proactive team of Chloe Starck, Maria Tabaj and Jessica Angeli. They have all been excellent in their working manner, an absolute dream to deal with. They are proactive, responsive, communicative, informative, patient ( I have been testing on occasions, please forgive me ), understanding, just so very willing and eager to exceed expectations. This has been our experience from day one. We very much look forward to an ongoing relationship with them. We shall be updating / writing another review in the near future as we have ongoing business with them and have more positive things to say but we'll save the additional for when we've completed all of our existing business. Then we'll write our "novel" on how we were introduced, why we left our previous solicitor ( not that any name will be mentioned ) and the difference in the quality of the service received and why we expect this to be a long & fruitful business relationship.
