Hard working and dedicated in bringing a difficult will to a close. Peter Taylor's advice and guidance was invaluable throughout, and he made what was initially a very stressful situation with the deceased's debts much easier to navigate. I very much appreciate the care, professionalism, and support he gave throughout the process.
Russell Ali was a delight to do business with, he explained everything in a language I could understand rather than legal jargon which can be very confusing.

I highly recommend Brian Tan and the Wills & Probate team at Judge & Priestley. Following the late passing of my Father Brian and the team assisted me with obtaining the probate and administration of the estate. Brian was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly to me and helped a stressful process to be manage much easier to navigate. Himself and his team kept me informed throughout the process and was always responsive to any questions or updates I asked for. Brian Tan at J&P supported my family with both estate administration and a deed of variation, and other family matters connected. He has earned my highest recommendation. Brian and the wider team have consistently delivered an excellent service. He took the time to explain each stage clearly, including how the different family matters were connected and highlighting several important points we had not previously considered. He paced the information extremely well, so even when the issues were complex, the process never felt overwhelming. One of the things I valued most about working with Brian was his responsiveness. I would like to mention Kavitha Rajah specially. She has been outstanding at a profesional level and also, and just as important, at a personal level, showing empathy and understanding. . She has been there for me from the start, calming me down when things got really difficult with the sale of the house and promissing me her full commitment to sell it, despite all the difficulties presenting themselves at the time.

Mark Cast is an excellent conveyancer. The sale process was drawn out due to various legal issues and lack of urgency from the buyer's solicitor. Mark was pro active and swift to reply and chase the various parties in the sale. When a lease extension was required at the last minute he had the expertise and professionalism to be able to action this swiftly and seamlessly. I cannot recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend Brian Tan at Judge and Priestley. I had to change my will on a few occasions and the last time I had a problem on changing one of my executors. Brian was so helpful and advised me in a professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the situation in a clear and positive way for me to make a decision. Brian was so calm especially when I asked him to do my lasting power of attorney. His expertise, patience always gave me the upmost confidence from beginning to end. James and Orla were amazing with our recent flat purchase!. They were professional, supportive, responsive and always made time for any questions we had. As first time buyers, navigating the purchase process can be quite daunting, but James made sure to sit down with us and go over the full report so we knew exactly where we stood and what the next steps would be. They were also very proactive in chasing up responses to enquiries from the seller's solicitor, which was integral to pushing the sale through within the time frame they originally estimated. I have tryed and tryed again for hours to settle a small debt. Nobody picks up. It's absolutely rediculous. I just won't bother, I'll go and buy a decent pair of trainers seen as though you lot don't want it🤷
