Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now I’m owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)

I had an excellent customer experience with Lydia Wawiye of Parfitt Cresswell regarding my Settlement Agreement for redundancy. Lydia provided clear, concise legal advice, ensuring I understood all aspects of the agreement. Eve Geere was appointed to deal with my divorce but, contrary to the suggestion of a sympathetic approach, she was very aggressive with the other side. Unfortunately, this antagonism was wholly unnecessary and ultimately led to a lengthy and expensive divorce on both sides. Would not recommend.

I cannot recommend Robert Habitts at Parfitt Cresswell highly enough. Robert recently handled the conveyancing for the sale of my property, and it was genuinely the least stressful property transaction I have ever experienced. From start to finish, Robert was professional, proactive, communicative, and completely on the ball. Everything was taken care of efficiently, and I never had to chase for updates or ask twice for anything. He kept the process moving smoothly, explained everything clearly, and made what is often a stressful experience feel straightforward and effortless. Cathryn was very helpful and made the selling process seem pretty straightforward.
Terrible, called to ask for a solicitors quote and told no one was available and that they dont take details and call back. Avoid if this is there attitude.
