A breath of fresh air

5

We started dealing with CWJ about three years ago, after transferring our affairs from one of the largest firms in Kent, where we had suffered appalling service for years. CWJ have given excellent personal service, dealing with wills, probate, personal business, property and commercial business for us and in every case have given the right advice and carried out our instructions completely and in a timely fashion. We could not recommend them more highly

CWJ Solicitors responded to this review on 13 December, 2018

We are disappointed to learn that you were unhappy with the service you received from CWJ. We are always transparent about our fees but there may be reasons why fees are more than anticipated. We do take your views seriously and will be writing to you personally to follow up on these.

Good Quality Will Writing

5

We approached CWJ as we wanted our wills written. We were very pleased with the service given by CWJ. In an initial meeting we set out the terms we wanted written into the will and asked for legal advice on the best way of setting it down. We discussed this with Abigail who was the solicitor we dealt with and she wrote wills for us both that totally reflected our wishes. The process was quick and efficient, we were very satisfied.

CWJ & particularly Abraham Khan were professional and transparent at all times. Given the lengthy and nuanced conveyancing process we were involved in Abraham managed our expectations superbly, executing with rigour and aplomb.

HIV Disability Discrimination in the Workplace

5

I approached the firm after several recommendations, in a confused and emotional state after having had to face months of mismanagement at work which amounted to harassment & discrimination due to disability (specifically HIV discrimination). There were no disciplinary procedures set up in that firm and therefore my only option was to resign. Thereafter I sought advice with CWJ and was counselled step by step to successfully come to an agreement with the company to settle through ACAS before needing to proceed to an Employment Tribunal.
