I did receive highly professional service regarding disput resolution, where I was given very concise report and advice in accordance to the law. Requiring the need for a solicitor late on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend I was not expecting a reply. I had been recommended by a friend and I was delighted to hear from Antonia who was so helpful and reassuring during an extremely stressful and upsetting time. This care continued throughout my experience. I must make reference to Hannah Louise and Saliah who were also incredibly helpful. My only observation would be that although I know that meetings are more often done remotely now that personally I would have preferred an in person meeting, probably just my age!

The solicitor I hired from Thomas Mansfield was very thorough with my case. We only have about a week to turn around the document that I was asked to sign, so they were quick to get a call in with me to discuss the details of my case. The solicitor then identified all the problem areas in the document and was able to work with my employer to correct any discrepancies. Very happy with Antonia's help and time in discussing a Severance Agreement for me given the circumstances around redundancy. It was a good conversation and very detailed around main clauses around my settlement. But also a thorough review of each clause that I may have missed some vital information. Without reservation I give my highest recommendation for servies provided by Thomas Mansfield related to a severance from a former employer. I recently decided to leave my company to take early retirement. As such, I agreed with my HR Director a settlement agreement which would facilitate my exit in a mutually beneficial way. This was highly confidential and backed up with a very ‘wordy’ document from our legal department.
