As you are aware when you are passed on to a dispute resolution team, you are feeling anxious, frustrated and out of your depth. However, from my first initial “Teams” meeting Riah was so reassuring and indeed factual. Riah listened to my case and gave constructive advice, and indeed instructions of how she would take the steps to resolve my situation. I am so grateful for being passed to Riah, she resolved my dispute in my favour but that isn’t the reason I am writing this.     Outstanding Support, Honest Advice and a Truly Personal Service

    I had an excellent experience working with my solicitor. He was knowledgeable, approachable, honest, and incredibly supportive throughout a very difficult and emotional matter.       I recently decided to leave my company to take early retirement. As such, I agreed with my HR Director a settlement agreement which would facilitate my exit in a mutually beneficial way. This was highly confidential and backed up with a very ‘wordy’ document from our legal department. At that stage I realised that I needed an employment lawyer, which was a move also strongly encouraged by my company. I went with Thomas Mansfield solicitors and our lawyer; Julie Goodway was extremely efficient, professional, and hard working. The whole process was very smooth and timely, and concluded without any issues. Julie is super smart and good at her job, whilst at the same time being very warm, friendly and helpful. Whatever your legal needs, big or small, she will walk you through the process, offering proper and ‘real’ advice, and always working in your best interest. Moreover, Julie ensures that your time is maximised and that her fee is realistic and manageable.
