I have worked on a claim with Lisa Atkinson for the last 2 and a half years. It was a long and drawn out process due to the company we were claiming from denying all liability. Throughout the whole process she has been informative, professional and kind. She has always explained each stage and why we had to do it. We eventually settled out of court, just prior to the court case. She has always been completely open with fees and has never complained at the ridiculous amount of questions that I asked on a monthly basis! Leonie Millard is an outstanding solicitor who has dedicated her career to helping clients who gives her clients a voice when they might not have one themselves due to their disability. She is very responsive in responding to queries about my relatives case and replies to e-mails and phone-calls very quickly which is an excellent trait in a solicitor. She was very compassionate, caring, and committed to the outcome of my relatives case which was a very good outcome and secured justice for her. Leonie's service over the past four years has been absolutely perfect and she is supported by an excellent team of Carole Purdie (her secretary) who is on the ball and does her best to support client queries too. I would rate Forbes Solicitors 5/5 stars and I can't identify any recommendations on how they improve their services because they provided a consistent perfect service over the past four years!

Amazing solicitor's firm

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d like to sincerely thank Paolo Passerini from Forbes – what an absolute gentleman. Highly recommended. I found myself in court for a minor driving offence that really shouldn’t have gone that far. I didn’t think I needed a solicitor, but when I tried to explain myself, I struggled to get my point across clearly. By sheer luck, Mr. Passerini happened to be in the courtroom waiting for his next case. He could see I was having a hard time, and—completely unprompted—stood up and offered me free legal advice. The court was then adjourned so I could seek proper representation. Mr. Passerini took the time to review all the documents, gave me excellent guidance, and ended up standing beside me in court, pleading my case—all out of kindness and good will. He didn’t charge me a penny. He saw I was just an ordinary working person trying to navigate a tough situation. I genuinely cannot recommend him enough. He’s a rare kind of professional—someone who fights for what’s right, not for financial gain, but because he cares about people. A true gentleman with a big heart. Thank you again, Mr. Passerini. I hope one day I can repay the favour.
