Tom Fielding and his assistant Charles Utomi at Blackhurst Budd supported us throughout what was a complex sale. Keeping us appraised of developments, explaining any issues and discussing options as and when necessary. At the end Tom gave the sale his focussed undivided attention and got it over the line for us. We thought it was great service and felt very confident with the process the whole time.

I had a few recommendations from our estate agent regarding solicitors they had experience with and Blackhurst Budd was one. I rang 3 and was quoted widely varying prices. Blackhurst was by far the best price and the service has been incredible! It was our first time selling a business so we were complete novices. Tom Fielding dealt with us and was fantastic from start to finish. He explained things in terms we could understand and always had time to speak or called back promptly if he was already occupied. Everything has been completely transparent and the sale went through smoothly and in record time! Would recommend 100%!

Really good service. We have taken their advice and help on two separate matters, for a rental agreement and then to sale the property via auction. Briony was excellent both times, keeping us updated and giving us honest, legal advice as opposed to what people wanna hear. She was also very prompt in keeping us updated. Literally completed the auction within 2-3 days. Fees are reasonable as well Thanks again Briony and team!

After 3 months of review and after posting countless documents out at our own cost they dropped our case, due to legislation that did not apply to the building we are purchasing. They provided little to no context & were unresponsive. I called regularly to request updates and no one was ever available to discuss the case on the phone. Blunt emails were all we received in return. Very unhelpful & incapable of processing even the most basic cases. Do not use!
