A horrible experience - avoid.
We used them to prepare a legal pack and the conveyancing for a commercial property to be sold at auction. Once you are on board you won't able to speak to anyone. You will leave messages, but your calls will not be returned. So, you will email them. Again, you will not get a reply and the email may or may not be actioned. They made several mistakes and you just have no way to tell them. They made a mistake that cost us £5,000. It could have been avoided, but no one would answer our emails or return our calls. We had to make a formal complaint to get all the £5,000 back. The culture is a heady brew of incompetence and arrogances. Even though we are not out of pocket now, the stress and time taken to get to this point is just not worth it. A horrible experience - avoid.
