Bhavika was so kind, efficient, and so friendly in dealing with the sale of my Mum's house. Everything was explained so meticulously to my mum in terms she was able to fully understand and was comfortable with. Bhavika was patient, took her time and was never frustrated with the millions of questions. Honestly, I would 1000% recommend her and the firm. We paid up front for some advice about conveyancing and the advice was "yes we can sort this out for you no problem" so we paid another amount of money to see the specialist who told us "no we can't sort this". We only got part of the money for the second payment back. I would only use a solicitor who offers a free first consultation.
Mr Allen, I am sorry to read your dissatisfaction that in 2018 under our fixed fee scheme in which you received advice and then further advice from another qualified lawyer that you decided not to proceed. Given that you chose not to proceed we correctly refunded money you had paid on account.
