I recently needed a competent conveyancer and someone experienced in probate. Just used Johnson Astills for house sale and purchase. Couldn't recommend them enough. Gina was fantastic. She is everything you want in a solicitor. She is reliable, she keeps in contact. She explains everything she is doing every step of the way.

This is the third time we’ve sold and purchased a house and Gina stands a million miles ahead of any solicitor we have used in the past. In what ended up being quite a lengthy process with many legal obstacles on the purchase side, Gina was extremely proactive, responded to questions within minutes of sending an email, provided regular updates without us asking (even if there wasn’t an update to give) and gave great advice throughout. No problem was too big or too much of an ask and we were incredibly impressed with her service. As was our estate agent who said she was one of the best they’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend Gina and Johnson Astills enough, it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them.

Great firm, used them many of times but the most recent was selling a property, Kaitlyn and Gina was fantastic, highly recommended they was helpful prompt in replying back and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this firm 100% and use them again. Thank you Kaitlyn for everything.

Have bought a few houses in the past few years, the service from Johnson Astills was outstanding. I never had to chase Gina and her team once. And the quality of the work was good. Would recommend.
