Established in 2015, Satchell Moran Solicitors was founded by sister and brother, Paula Satchell and Terry Moran. Having gained over 40 years of combined experience in dealing, in the main with personal injury litigation, the duo decided to start a firm that meets with, not only the ever-changing business climate, but more importantly the ever-changing requests for legal assistance from their clients, both existing and new. In the initial stages, it was decided to integrate their business, with the changing legal climate, in tandem with the customers’ needs at the forefront. It was decided to employ legal experts in other areas of law and litigation, thus broadening our ability to assist our customers. This they believe has been achieved by recruiting a highly experienced, motivated team, who perform assiduously, with an acute understanding of managing our customer’s requirements in a diligent way. We have found that the ethos of the firm has been integral in providing our clients with positively extraordinary outcomes in concluding their legal business, which results, in not only a satisfied customer but customer retention. I hired Satchell Moran Solicitors Limited to help me make a claim against Greenwich Council regarding severe mould issues in my home. From the very start, they were professional, understanding, and knew exactly how to handle the case. They didn’t just help me win financial compensation — thanks to their hard work and persistence, I got a brand new kitchen, a complete new bathroom, and a new toilet installed as well! It completely transformed my home and fixed all the problems I was suffering with for so long. What I appreciated most was their communication. Utter rubbish firm. We went to them regarding my local council. At first the solicitors were great calling us sending over paper work ect..but when they messed up so we missed out on compensation. We wasn't told this i had to personally keep calling and emailing for updates. AVOID THIS SOLICITORS. Now have been told they have dropped the case as its getting exspensive. I wouldn't trust these solicitors with a flea.

I cannot comprehend or put in to context how Satchell Moran Solicitors have dealt with my repair, within a few months reporting this matter I am astonished to know works will take place in my property in a matter off weeks. I was kept informed and updated with all correspondence going forward with very professional persons. My claim was successful and I'm impressed with the settlement. It's very difficult and frustrating choosing the right Solicitors when your overlooked by your landlord in regards to ongoing repairs however just make contact and judge for yourself let Sattchell Moran Solicitors take care off your repairs I promise you will not be disappointed.

Be very careful using this company, they are very unlikely to take your case , they seem to be connected to the police and give the police a kick back from you compensation. In my opinion they are useless and even tho I had a strong case with 5 arrest violent entry into my home by armed officers with no evidence and subsequently 5 times release without evidence or charge they wouldn’t take my case! Useless! Avoid at all cost
