Not great if I'm honest. Started well, but then when Solicitor went on leave the locum was clearly out of her depth. We had post that never arrived, emails sent with no attachments, and now we are still waiting on some more contract paperwork to be sent. We hand delivered our paperwork and even that wasn't acknowledged by the locum. We are still using them as so close to the end of buying and selling contracts , hoping it will improve now solicitor is back.. Quite disappointed as reviews on Google have all been good with the Diss branch.

Absolutely amazing Solicitors. Caroline and her team worked there magic and got us completed on our house in 8 weeks. Fantastic communication, keeping us posted at all time.
