      Could not have wished for more

      Michelle recently acted for me on both the sale and purchase of my home, and I honestly can't thank her enough. What should have been a straightforward move became incredibly stressful when my original sale fell through, but Michelle was an absolute rock throughout. She was so understanding, reassuring and genuinely cared about getting everything back on track. As soon as we found a new buyer, Michelle threw herself into making sure the sale caught up with my purchase so we could still meet the chain's original timescales. I have no idea how she managed it, but her determination, organisation and sheer hard work made what felt impossible become possible. Her knowledge is outstanding, and no matter how many questions I had (or how silly I thought they were!), she always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, never once making me feel like I was a nuisance. She has such a lovely, approachable manner that I always felt I was in safe hands. Buying and selling a home can truly be one of life's most stressful experiences, but having Michelle by my side made all the difference. I always felt completely supported, informed and looked after from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Michelle again, and I can wholeheartedly recommend both her and Bridge McFarland as a whole. I cannot thank Michelle enough for her efforts.

      My solicitor MB at Bridge McFarland Lincoln, ordered searches in July 2025 and only shared them with me after I exchanged in Jan 2026 failing to advise or protect me and failing to give me my right to make an informed decision. It’s now with the legal ombudsman
