Kate as done a fan job and quick service.

I found as what we got closer to the actual purchase date it became increasing any more difficult to get hold of my assigned solicitor There were last-minute changes brought on by the developer and my assigned solicitor had actually gone on holiday without putting on their out of office or letting me know who else to contact in their absence Which is just poor, a simple out of office with who else to contact would’ve been more than enough But even saying that, the person who stepped into answer the emails in their absence effectively said to wait until their return which again created stress and added delay

Rachel was professional, efficient and provided all the information needed in a timely manor to allow our sake to proceed. Any issues which arose were dealt with quickly and Rachel confirmed actions by email as well as keeping in contact by phone as the need arose.
