Tollers have been excellent throughout. I initially chose to use them for the conveyancing in the sale of my late mother's house as Tollers had already handled the will/grant of probate side excellently and I wanted to keep everything 'under one roof'; furthermore, they were recommended to me. It proved to be the best decision I could have made. There have been several quite challenging issues in the whole process and with each one they either sorted these themselves ( or have supported me whilst I tried to resolve them) all with a professional. calm, helpful and supportive approach.

We had a few unexpected bumps along the way whilst selling our Mother’s property but Kirsten in her very professional and approachable way was there to sort out the problems. Her support was invaluable, she communicated with us at every stage and responded to our queries with speed and efficiency. We can’t thank you enough Kirsten. We Used Tollers during a difficult time due to a bereavement, James was very helpful and guided us through every step, which made this period very easy and less stressful for us. We decided to stay with Tollers for the sale of the house Amy and Kya helped us with this and kept us informed from start to finish, all in all an excellent service throughout.

Bad experience with the conferencing team n also the solicitor. She just kept taking n taking my money n not appear to have done much at all!! Then when the conveyancing team got involved it all went tits up n still I’m left fighting for the info that I need to proceed further. I definitely wud not recommend!!!

Took me a long time to finally do something I was avoiding but Tollers made it a much easier experience than I had imagined. I could not have been more satisfied by the service from the Trusts and Estates department.

Truly Amazing solicitors. From start to finish. All staff were amazing. Reception to the solicitor that set up our Wills. Stumbled upon Tollers when My Husband and I decided to do our Wills. I then realised via Google that their are free Will writing months .. you are asked to make a donation to the charities that support Free Will Writing month. Tollers had a good review in our local area of Northampton. I filled out online application and got a reply within the week from The Secretary Mandy F & with a follow up phone call and then an appointment for a Face to Face meet with Joanne A the Associate Cilex. Joanne was friendly, approachable,polite and made my husband feel comfortable. I had previously explained our personal circumstances and his apprehension after his accident to Mandy. I knew that I was heard. Within 15mins of my husband meeting Joanne he opened up and within 45mins our 1st Will process was done. Follow up visit to finalise and sign them was just as smooth and done in 15mins. We did not feel rushed at any point The staff here did not treat us any different to any other full paying customer... They went above and beyond.. We were greeted and treated with kindness and respect. Made comfortable with hot beverages. When we couldn't find a disabled parking spot on our 2nd visit. The front of house staff even popped out to get the car occupying the Parking space without a badge to be moved. We hadn't even gone in to complain. We just parked in a normal space but in an area where we could open the driver's door wide enough to allow for the wheelchair transfer. The staff were that vigilant that they observed this and came out to help. 100% recommend Tollers if you require any kind of Solicitors or Lawyer.
