Terrible service and rather rude - My elderly 80 year old mother had an appointment one rainy morning last week (11:30am on the 14th November) to update her will. She arrived early by public transport and spent some time looking round local shops and having a coffee before continuing for her appointment. However, on arrival at 11:20am she was spoken to rather rudely and told, by a solicitor we assume, that she couldn't wait in the reception area because she might overhear her conversation with her client. She was asked instead to go for a walk (in the rain) and come back at her appointed time. We don't know why this person couldn't simply close their office door so that clients could also wait in the provided reception area but my mother didn't wait to find out. Apparently the receptionist is rather nice, polite and did offer an apology for her rude and unreasonable colleague.
In my job role as a support worker I have been party to the experience of two clients using Solicitors at Tollers and have felt confidence in the professionalism and manner.
