I have to say, I was panicked when I got charged. However, during our first meeting, it didn't take long for the allocated case worker to calm me down with her professional skills and considerable service. Obviously, they had gained lots of experience from similar cases. I am not judging, but compared to others, they were more assured about the possible outcomes for my case, as well as every procedure I would experience next. Especially for internet-related crimes, she cited many examples they had solved before to support her points, which was hard to explain when I negotiated with other law firms. On the other hand, even knowing about my criminal charge, they showed a gentle and tender attitude and always offered me timely support. At that moment, I knew they were on my side, and would protect my legal rights as much as they could. After the situation got unexpectedly exacerbated, the case worker immediately contacted her supervising solicitor, a barrister. They managed to get my bail approved on the very next day, or I would have had to suffer in custody. There must have been some backup plans in case something went wrong. Their professionalism just never failed to impress me. This also bought us time for our preparation of mitigation documents. Thanks to their time and effort, the sentence turned out to be suspended and halved.

Tom was empathic and appreciated our distress. My granddaughter is autistic with learning difficulties and is physically disabled. She was accused of stalking and then the police turned the accusation into a harassment investigation. Tom was so kind and helped us prepare a written representation for the CPS. After 5 months the police dropped the case. Tom's advice was invaluable in helping to convey all the facts to the police.

A very professional company that really do care about their clients. They answer any questions promptly and their knowledge of neurodiversity is very good. Every person from Forrest Williams we came into contact with was empathic and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

It was important for me that I felt heard and understood. Legal representation alone was not enough me, I needed to feel understood and that there was complete transparency and trust felt by both parties. The case worker and barrister there are very kind and professional. They have abundant experience in dealing with cases, thus provided me all possible results and justification plans. Always tell me what might happen next in order to let me prepare in advance, thus relived my anxiety. Only people of great confidence could do that.

Hands down best solicitors to deal with!! I was let down by another firm which ended with me getting a 6 month totting up ban. Got in touch with stella and had the ban suspended a week later, couple months down the line and ive managed to keep my licence permanently and avoid a ban altogether. Unbelievable result for 107mph in a 70mph. Cannot thank stella and steve enough

I would fully recommend this solicitor if you have an issue. In the past I have contacted solicitors when I have needed advice and generally they do not really help you whether you pay or the advice is free,however if you call these solicitors you will find someone that is helpful straightforward and really does try to help.
