Tom was empathic and appreciated our distress. My granddaughter is autistic with learning difficulties and is physically disabled. She was accused of stalking and then the police turned the accusation into a harassment investigation. Tom was so kind and helped us prepare a written representation for the CPS. After 5 months the police dropped the case. Tom's advice was invaluable in helping to convey all the facts to the police.

I would fully recommend this solicitor if you have an issue. In the past I have contacted solicitors when I have needed advice and generally they do not really help you whether you pay or the advice is free,however if you call these solicitors you will find someone that is helpful straightforward and really does try to help. My first point of contact was with Stella Bates and she was monumentally professional from day one. She handled my case exceptionally well and kept checking in with me to ensure I was okay and The reassurance that she was there if I needed further assistance. It was really refreshing to have her handle my case and made me feel at ease knowing that she had me in mind although I would suspect they had other clients to assist.
