I can’t thank Mr Williams enough for the kind man he is. The time advice given to me and I’m not even his client. The compassion and understanding at all levels threw out me speaking with Mr Williams could not have been more of a pleasant experience. We live in a day and age where time is valuable for that level of expertise and for the time to be given that generously is very touching. My first point of contact was with Stella Bates and she was monumentally professional from day one. She handled my case exceptionally well and kept checking in with me to ensure I was okay and The reassurance that she was there if I needed further assistance. It was really refreshing to have her handle my case and made me feel at ease knowing that she had me in mind although I would suspect they had other clients to assist. I would fully recommend this solicitor if you have an issue. In the past I have contacted solicitors when I have needed advice and generally they do not really help you whether you pay or the advice is free,however if you call these solicitors you will find someone that is helpful straightforward and really does try to help.
