Excellent. The service was very professional, Amy was always available and answered queries or provided information in a prompt and timely way. I have dealt with and trusted Geldards Nottingham many times over the years for very important matters. Now however it's almost impossible to actually get through to the Nottingham branch and to actually speak to someone there, this never used to be a problem. It is now the case of being answered by a main switchboard in Wales who then pass your details across for them to contact you. I am not impressed with this, and neither with the person I spoke to at the answer service who couldn't and wouldn't give me any named contacts or details of relevant senior partners / departments despite this being an urgent matter relating to something vital which has been overlooked and not sorted thoroughly and properly some time ago. Not helpful, professional or straightforward.
What can I say but what a place it is full of very knowledgeable professionals who a brilliant at their jobs

I just wanted to say what a great service I received from Jen. It was a stressful period dealing with a large commercial lease, but Jen supported me throughout the process and made everything much easier to manage. She carefully reviewed the contract to make sure my interests were protected, identified potential risks, and clearly explained what changes or requests I should raise. I highly recommend Aysha Chouhdary (Partner), for outstanding quality in her profession and Lauren May for her exceptional backing at Geldards LLP. I had a very difficult divorce involving cohabitation and child issues. They were always there for me, on good days and bad, with a positive and proactive approach which made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Throughout our EHCP application process Douglas and his team have not only been open and honest with their advice, but they have been proactive in ensuring everything was running smoothly taking some of the burden off of our shoulders during a stressful time. This is a very good law firm. Speaking to barrister Douglas Hammond at a SEN charity law seminar helped me to pursue the idea of steering my national children’s disability inclusion campaign into legal action.
Looked after by Bridget, 100% genuine and very nice. The receptionist was also very helpful, chatted, and made us feel welcome. Overall, they kept us updated and answered emails within hours, not day/weeks. Would definitely recommend this firm above all others. (NOT TO BIG FOR THERE BOOTS)
