Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer. I can’t thank everyone at Thomsons enough!

When dealing with Rhaea she was very good at keeping me informed with all details regarding my case and also gave very good advice even when I wanted to settle my claim due to personal circumstances and advises me against this and 1 week later returned with an improved offer couldn’t recommend her highly enough
