    Gas line easement agreements

    MFG were recommended to me, by a company who uses them for conveyancing etc., to do the lease and easement agreements relating to the installation of a main gas pipeline. MGF's staff were very professional, helpful and approachable. The standard agreement, normally issued by NG's solicitors, had to be further negotiated to incorporate specific site requirements. Despite the extra time required for the additional negotiations the work was kept within the budget allowed by NG under the Heads of Terms agreement.
