My Solicitor was excellent. Eviction of a tenant was the rent and a bailiff was necessary to conclude the matter, a stressful situation and I was guided through the matter so well. Communication was good, the cost of the legal advice was outlined from the beginning. My Solicitor was efficient and thorough.

How things have changed. When I had Power of Attorney for my father, there was the Solicitor, Dad and me who just signed a paper. Now they have made it a long line of questions and signatures. Which were competently dealt with.
