I was very impressed by Keir Hirst from the outset. He was very quick to grasp the salient points of the dispute I had with my employer and both empathetic and decisive. He responded to any email sent very quickly and was happy to communicate by phone or on zoom. He was flexible in his approach and understanding about his fees. I always felt well supported and that he had a first-rate grasp of the relevant points of law. If you need an employment lawyer I doubt if there's a better one in the west midlands.
