We contacted Wace Morgan after a neighbour created a dam which caused our fields to flood over the winter months. Esther was very helpful in starting a dialogue with the perpetrators. Ultimately we have managed to resolve the issue harmoniously but I am sure that this is because the offenders were made aware that we would use litigation if necessary.
