I had a fantastic experience with Clare Dalby and her entire team. Clare was extremely professional, supportive and dedicated throughout my case. As a former Gurkha soldier, one of my main reasons for pursuing my case was my hope that positive changes could be made so that future junior soldiers would not have to go through similar experiences. We contacted Wace Morgan after a neighbour created a dam which caused our fields to flood over the winter months. Esther was very helpful in starting a dialogue with the perpetrators. Ultimately we have managed to resolve the issue harmoniously but I am sure that this is because the offenders were made aware that we would use litigation if necessary.
