Maisy was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process and made our purchase completely stress free. She was very responsive, clear in her communication and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated how proactive she was in keeping things moving and updating us regularly. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting everything over the line for us, her attention to detail and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. There's an old Somerset saying 'Never use Risdons' this bore truth on our recent sale of Laburnum Cottage. When all documents have been provided 2 months prior to enable a transfer, Risdons managed to avoid doing anything until the very last minute even though they had been told there was an urgent need to get the completion done. Somehow they lost one half of an electronic document and blamed the other solicitors. Then lied that the other solicitor was holding them up. NEVER USE RISDONS

We encountered a few problems along the way but it felt like Sophie went the extra mile to sort it and to ensure that our sale and purchase completed on time. Although my wife and I were very nervous about completing our Wills and it had taken quite a while for us to approach a Solicitor.
