I honestly cannot recommend Mohammed Ali highly enough. After being involved in an accident in 2023, Mohammed has been by my side throughout my case, It has been a journey, and I am genuinely so grateful that I had Mohammed by my side throughout it. From the very beginning, Mohammed was professional, honest, patient and understanding. There were times when things became difficult and stressful, but Mohammed always fought for me and made sure I was treated fairly. He always looked out for what was best for me and made sure my case was handled properly. He never made me feel like I was going through it alone. I overthink and worry a lot, and Mohammed has always been very understanding of that. Whenever I was feeling worried, paranoid or unsure about something, he would take the time to reassure me and explain things properly. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, even when I probably asked the same things more than once! I genuinely don't think there was ever a time when I needed help and Mohammed wasn't there. Whenever I emailed him, he would always reply and make sure I understood what was happening. I always felt that he listened to me, understood my concerns and genuinely cared about helping me. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He was always straight with me and never made promises just to make me feel better. I trusted his advice throughout my case, and I always felt that he was doing everything he could for me. He fought for me when I needed him to and always made sure I was supported and treated fairly throughout my case. Going through a case like this from the age of 21 to 24 was a big part of my life, and having someone as supportive as Mohammed made such a difference. He was not only professional but also kind, patient and understanding. I never felt like I was just another client. Now that my case has finally come to an end, I can honestly say that Mohammed is one of the best people I have ever worked with. I am forever grateful that he stuck by me, supported me, answered all my questions and reassured me whenever I needed it. I would 100% recommend Mohammed Ali to anyone looking for a solicitor. In the handling of my car crash compensation claim I would like it noted that Haley Reeves led the claims process with enormous diligence and persistence which resulted in precisely the compensation for which Slater and Gordon had petitioned. This was a wonderful result. Haley's advice to me was at all times supportive, clear and direct. Seriously impressive.

My solicitor was Donna Rose and I have to say she was really helpful. She took the time to explain things to me and always called me with any updates. I have used a different solicitor for my child's claim and I wish I knew Donna earlier as I would have used her to help me with his claim as well. I feel Donna was very quick and efficient with my claim and getting it settled.

While the case itself took a long time to resolve this was not due to anything to do with my brilliant case handler Ria, she was completely on the ball and kept me up to date. I’d really like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both Robyn and Owen. I know my claim was never going to be one of your more substantial cases, but for me personally, it was all about Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh NHS Foundation Trust being (WWL) held to account. Their two internal investigations were a complete whitewash, trivialising serious medical misconduct which put my life at substantial risk. With the investigations carried out on behalf of Slater & Gordon, a very clear picture of mistakes, the ignoring of Standard Operating Procedures, documentary errors and unacceptable delays became clear. I was always aware that this litigation would take a few years, and so just under 4 years after the incident, is quite acceptable. I also realise that much of the delay has been caused by WWL and Weightmans, who have repeatedly and unacceptably procrastinated at almost every stage. With Robyn having to be away from work due to health issues, Owen took over my case and really was a breath of fresh air. While I very much appreciate Robyn’s efforts; her only working Tuesday to Thursday, did cause me some frustrations in getting replies etc. So, in summary I’d just like to thank yourselves, for listening to the details of my unfortunate medical incident in the first place. Others declined to take my case seriously. I was also very impressed by the standard of medical experts you appointed. Contacted SlaterGordon to investigate pursuance of action against the NHS for negligence post kidney transplant surgery. Bearing in mind, I hadn't actually really given much background in my email around the situation and wanted to discuss in depth on a call, they amazingly made an assessment by themselves in 10 minutes without even talking to me, that I had absolutely no case.
