Professional and friendly service. For most people, dealing with the law is not a pleasant time. To have a solicitor that you trust and know what they are taking your requirements seriously is worth a great deal to relieving stress.
Very quick response to request for quotation. Very clear quote. Very efficient service. Any queries or questions answered quickly and clearly. Always available when contacted or returned any call promptly. Very reasonably priced compared to other solicitors contacted.

Catie and Chelsea were fantastic. Due to an issue with a prior lower rated solicitors we had to change solicitors. This left us starting from scratch with only 4 and a half weeks before planned completion date. We never had to chase once, the team were very proactive and even with more complicated than usual source of funds they managed to get our purchase through. Everything was to the highest standards with detail throughout. Will be customers for life and recommend to all

The work done was very clear and all questions answered even 'spur of the moment' matters were dealt with quickly and effeciently. A friend of my late wife asked if I could recommend a solicitor for Will purposes and I recommended Backhouse. She later advised me that she was more than satisfied with the recommendation.

The team were helpful and worked through some challenges with the property well. There were times when they could have provided better clearer information requests to prevent ongoing back and fourths but overall we are happy with the service. Property purchase was complete. The worked through the Attenuation tank issue well and were able to advise us on that. The team did an excellent job at delivering exactly what we expected, even through some challenges which looked as though were going to kibosh the purchase.
We have just completed on the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new house and Backhouse were the solicitors we chose. We cannot recommend Backhouse Solicitors enough, responses were timely and communication was clear throughout.
