While the fee is certainly not low, the exceptional quality of Minal's advice made it clear that the cost was fully justified. Property Purchase
The team were helpful and worked through some challenges with the property well. There were times when they could have provided better clearer information requests to prevent ongoing back and fourths but overall we are happy with the service. Property purchase was complete. The worked through the Attenuation tank issue well and were able to advise us on that. The team did an excellent job at delivering exactly what we expected, even through some challenges which looked as though were going to kibosh the purchase.
