Jenny Dawson in the Felixstowe office, ably supported by Claire Ryan, facilitated the purchase of a dormer bungalow, quickly followed by the sale of our own bungalow. They moved things along at a steady pace, helped us resolve issues with least stress and kept to the agreed budget. Updates could have been a bit more frequent, but overall we were delighted with the outcomes and their ability to work with us to handle any issues that arose.
