What clients say about Kerseys Solicitors Llp
The firm is praised for conveyancing and sale transactions, redundancy settlement work, and detailed interview/report support, with clients noting strong legal knowledge, thorough research and the ability to handle unexpected issues calmly. Clients valued the team’s professionalism, care, empathy, responsiveness, friendliness and clear communication, with regular updates and easy access for queries. Feedback is overwhelmingly positive, with no major criticisms raised; the only mild frustration implied is that some matters were highly sensitive or stressful, though these were handled well.
E. Thomson acted for me in the sale of my mother’s house in Shropshire. This was the 3rd time he had acted for us. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner; even the unexpected didn’t faze him.
Thank you so much for your 5 ⭐ review! We work hard to give the best service that we can and we appreciate feedback. I will pass your positive comments and feedback on to Edward Thomson and his team.
I dealt with Jennifer Carter along with her assistant Karen, I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from the first phone call to the end resulting in completion of the sale, thoroughly recommend.

Jenny Dawson in the Felixstowe office, ably supported by Claire Ryan, facilitated the purchase of a dormer bungalow, quickly followed by the sale of our own bungalow. They moved things along at a steady pace, helped us resolve issues with least stress and kept to the agreed budget. Updates could have been a bit more frequent, but overall we were delighted with the outcomes and their ability to work with us to handle any issues that arose.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate the positive feedback you have given us and look forward to working with you in the future.

I was extremely please with the help Leila Murray provided. The report of the interview contained additional research that Leila had done, and the result was more comprehensive than I could have hoped for. Thank you very much. Michael Allen
