From initial contact, Matthew was first class. We went through the will writing step by step and we were made to feel comfortable talking about a very delicate topic. A draft copy was sent very quickly and the whole process including witnessing signatures was very professionally done. Would be even better if you were offered a drink on arrival. We recently bought our first home and were recommended Eric Robinson by a friend - our solicitor Michelle was absolutely wonderful. Extremely responsive and helpful and warm and just made the whole process feel easy. She was also very patient with my constant barrage of questions! We bought our house in south east London so even if you’re not based in Southampton I strongly recommend this office. Shout out to Afshana and Allison too who covered for Michelle when she was off who were also excellent - really impressed at how they ALWAYS had cover lined up to keep things moving along and someone would ALWAYS reply to you and never leave you hanging. Anyway - would rate them 10/10 and new home is great and it was relatively painless experience! Thank you lovely Bitterne team.
