    Nayo was brilliant and patient

    I had dealt with Nayo for my settlement agreement. He had helped me to understand all terms of the contract as well as gave me advice to have bits removed or get clarity on some sections. He was very patient with me through the whole process.     Super convenient and helpful

    Personal, convenient and thorough. In a sticky situation its good to have a reassuring voice of reason on the phone. No faffing and super convenient being able to do everything over the phone. With the support of the Eric Robinson team I was able to turn my settlement around super quickly from the comfort of my own home. I very much appreciated the simple and straight forward way it was handled. I hopefully won't have the need for this service again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again.

    We have just completed on the sale of our property and used Eric Robinson in Bitterne. We were nervous going into the process of using a solicitor due to a previous issue with our last sale and the solicitor we used. However ER have restored our faith in solicitors!     Michala Was my solicitor for my first property. As this was something knew to me she made sure to have everything in order and explained everything in detail. She was also a phone call away if I needed something. There was a couple issues from the other party but Michala was quick to act, allowing for a fast and smooth process.       We recently bought our first home and were recommended Eric Robinson by a friend - our solicitor Michelle was absolutely wonderful. Extremely responsive and helpful and warm and just made the whole process feel easy. She was also very patient with my constant barrage of questions! We bought our house in south east London so even if you’re not based in Southampton I strongly recommend this office. Shout out to Afshana and Allison too who covered for Michelle when she was off who were also excellent - really impressed at how they ALWAYS had cover lined up to keep things moving along and someone would ALWAYS reply to you and never leave you hanging. Anyway - would rate them 10/10 and new home is great and it was relatively painless experience! Thank you lovely Bitterne team.
