The support and professional advice given me by Victoria Rees and Richard Etherington has been enormously helpful. Their communications have been clear, detailed and containing of my anxieties in relation to a difficult professional situation. Their assistance over several months has been in the form of emails, phone-calls and liaison with the police on my behalf. They were patient with my lack of knowledge of legal processes and systems and took time to clarify that I understood what might happen, including the options available to me. Crystals approach is 10/10. Great service, friendly, down to earth, straight to the points.Crystals advice was spot on. I cant praise crystal enough for helping me with my case, never felt rushed , spoke length on the phone before meeting and crystal takes the time to listen to all what you have to say, time is not an issue.
